Job Description:

Maxwell Group/Senior Living Communities is now accepting applications for a Regional Sales Director. We are adding to our team and this position will oversee, train, and mentor the sales staffs in our communities.

Prior Senior Living Sales required. CCRC sales experience preferred.

Management experience preferred.

This position will travel 3-4 days per week as it involves working with the sales staff in the various communities we own.

Experience and Skills:

Qualified candidate must have or demonstrate:

  • Ability to travel to various communities.
  • Senior Living Sales experience.
  • CCRC sales experience (preferred).
  • Management experience (preferred).
  • 4 Year College degree.
