Job Description:

Maxwell Group / Senior Living Communities is now accepting applications for a Vice President of Operations who possesses a vision for the senior housing industry and a passion for servant leadership. This position will oversee, train and mentor Executive Directors in our communities and reinforce our Guiding Principles: People First, Always - We Exist to Serve Our Members - We Have a Responsibility to be Full.

Prior Senior Housing experience required. CCRC sales experience preferred.

This position will travel 3-4 days per week as it involves working with the Executive Director and Executive Teams in the various communities we own.

Auto Allowance provided.

Experience and Skills:

Qualified candidate must have or demonstrate:

  • Ability to travel to various communities 3-4 days per week
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Director at a CCRC or other large multi-care option campus.
  • Senior Housing experience.
  • CCRC sales experience (preferred).
  • Management/Supervisory experience.
  • 4 Year College degree.
