Job Description:

Live Long Well Care at Brightwater is now accepting applications for Staffing Coordinator to represent the Agency as a front line customer service liaison between patient/clients & caregivers. Works in coordination with the Client Services Manager to assure that the skills of the caregiver team assigned to each case are appropriately matched to the needs of the patient/clients. Previous scheduling experience preferred.

Maintains a standardized weekly schedule for all active patient/clients and document daily schedule changes on the scheduling form. W orking on-call rotation every other week and weekend are requirements for the position.

Experience and Skills:

A. Education

High School Diploma or GED required.


B. Direct Previous Experience

1-2 years of data entry, computer-related experience, or clerical and systems experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.


C. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Demonstrated data entry ability with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Organizational, teaching, human resource, management skills.

Ability to work under time pressure.

Ability to recognize need for guidance, input to decision maker.
